The Global Creative Forum (GCF), a program of the Humpty Dumpty Institute (HDI) builds bridges between the United Nations and the entertainment industry (film, television, music, internet and social media).

The Humpty Dumpty Institute serves people in the developing world through the implementation of large-scale humanitarian projects and through its work with the United Nations. Since 2007, the Humpty Dumpty Institute has implemented approximately $20 million worth of development projects in Angola, Mozambique, Lebanon, Laos, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Burma. In addition, Humpty Dumpty fosters dialogue and communication between the United Nations and a variety of different constituencies in the United States including the U.S. Congress, multiple institutions of Higher Education, media and the entertainment arts, and the financial community. These programs are designed to educate and inform individuals of all walks of life about the significant development work carried out by the United Nations and other international NGOs, and to support them in becoming even more effective in their humanitarian work.

The Global Creative Forumís yearly summit, a program in partnership with Capian Enterprises, welcomes the most senior members of the United Nations to Los Angeles to interact with key decision makers in the entertainment industry to discuss world issues and potential solutions. Every year, some of the best minds in the entertainment business come together with senior UN officials at the Global Creative Forum to highlight important world problems and to discuss how the Hollywood community can contribute to the solutions of those challenges.
